Product Variations
All products are made and packaged by hand which can create slight variety in colour, shape, or labels between different batches, but the quality of each item is not reduced.
Shipping
THS is usually able to ship orders in 2-3 business days, which means that orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holiday may take a little longer. Should an unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified promptly.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. To arrange local delivery in the KW, Guelph & Hamilton area email: info@tinyhomesoaps.ca – a delivery fee does apply.
Orders over CAD $120 will be shipped for free.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are your responsibility. Tiny Home Soaps Inc. is not responsible for any delays, customs, taxes, or tariffs applied to any cross border shipping.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns at this time. Despite our best intentions, mistakes do happen. If there is an issue with an order or a product, please email THS as soon as possible so that we can find a solution together.
If your package was damaged during shipment, please save the box and
products. Take a photo of the damaged items and box and send to us within 5 days by emailing us at info@tinyhomesoaps.ca
