Tallow is combined with Castor Oil and Honey to create a smooth and deeply moisturizing balm. The three ingredients are whipped together to create a lighter texture for easier application.
Tallow naturally contains high levels of vitamins A, D, E, and K, and includes essential fatty acids and antioxidants which aren’t often found in modern skincare. Tallow closely mimics our natural sebum which allows it to easily absorb into our skin and creates a deeply moisturizing product.
Castor Oil and Honey are added to create a slightly lighter and creamier balm than tallow alone would allow. These two ingredients also act as humectants which draw moisture to the skin for a longer-lasting effect.

I purchased the whipped tallow balm and it has been a life saver! I suffer from eczema and even when my hands are cracked and dry the balm goes on smoothly without any burning. If you have dry skin you know exactly what I mean. Highly recommend!

I’m extremely picky about what products I use on my skin as I have very, very sensitive skin, so I was apprehensive to try whipped tallow balm in fear that it would be too heavy and clog my pores. That said, every winter my skin breaks out in terrible eczema rashes and the only thing to provide any relief has been prescription ointments. It is not recommended to rely on topical steroid creams long term, so I was desperate for a natural alternative. This whipped tallow balm from Tiny Home Soaps has truly been the only thing to provide relief and I will be using it all winter. I have rashes on my ears, chest and neck and use the balm a couple times a day when they become itchy and it provides instant relief. I avoid using it on my face but for my body, it’s been amazing. Also, as a bonus, the owner was lovely and it’s great to be able to support a small, local business instead of going to Whole Foods/Amazon to buy natural products.
