Yarrow can provide anti-inflammatory properties while being soothing and relaxing.

Uva Ursi Leaves can soothe, tighten, and strengthen sore and wounded tissue.

Rose Petals add a gentle scent to the bath and are known for anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.

Directions for use: Steep a tea bag in boiling water for at least 20 minutes. Add the liquid & bag to a sitz bath or regular bath or make an herbal compress with the liquid and clean cloths and apply warm or cool to the perineum. Tea bag can be composted after use. **Check with your Doctor or Midwife before first use.**
